Annotation in ORegAnno can be associated to evidence as determined from the original publication. Evidence is
essentially a controlled description of the assay which elucidated the functional regulatory nature of the sequence. It also describes
such character as whether an experiment confirms a transcription factors presence, a binding site, or another intrinsic property
of the regulatory sequence.
