Dataset Description

Dataset: PCNEs (OREGDS00016) Description: Ancient phylogenetically conserved non-coding elements (PCNEs) were identified around gene families from mouse, zebrafish, fugu, and the invertebrate chordate amphioxus. 42 of these elements were tested for enhancer activity in transgenic zebrafish embryos, including 22 amphioxus elements and 20 fish elements. Results for each of these elements, and 9 randomly chosen negative control elements, are described in this dataset.
